Bubble Rush is back – the perfect day out for families who like getting splashed in foam!

The event, organised by East Cheshire Hospice as part of its 30th birthday celebrations, is in the grounds of Alderley Park on Saturday 23rd June.

All ages are welcome at this colourful fun run through 5ft bubble walls, ensuring that everyone  works themselves into a lather.

Entries are now open via with a choice of joining the Pink Wave at 10.30am, or the Blue Wave at 11am.

More than 1,000 people took part last year, raising a vital £32,000 for the Hospice so it can continue to provide care for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families and carers.

The 5k course has four bubble stations pumping out foam, providing good clean fun with live entertainment and food and drink stalls adding to the party atmosphere.

Entry for under fours is free; £12.50 for children, £25 for an adult.

There is also a group discount of 10% off when there are 10 or more people taking part, please get in touch for a link to claim the discount by emailing: [email protected]

Jo Boyd, events manager at East Cheshire Hospice, said: “It’s a great day out and the kids love it.

“This is the fourth time it’s taken place and we’re hoping even more families take part this year since it marks the half way point in our special 30th birthday celebrations.

“The entry fee only covers the cost of the event we do ask that everyone tries to raise at least £30 in sponsorship.

“Every penny raised goes directly towards providing Hospice care and sponsorship really does make a huge difference in helping us to continue to provide care in the local community.”
