A national property company with offices in Chester and Knutsford has announced the appointment of a new managing partner.
Fisher German has announced that current chief operating officer Andrew Bridge, who holds more than 23 years of experience at the firm, has been appointed to the role.
His predecessor, Andrew Jackson, confirmed that he will step down in March 2019 after 19 years in the role.
Bridge will formally move into the role on 1st April 2019.
Fisher German comprises a team of property consultants, planners, estate agents, utility project managers and sustainable energy experts with 16 offices across the UK.
Bridge joined the firm after graduating from Harper Adams University and has since risen through the ranks.
He initially began his career on the rural professional side of the business before specialising in utility and infrastructure management.
He has been a member of the current management team for six years and has responsibility for the firm’s business support operations.
Bridge is a member of the Managing Partners Forum, Institute of Directors and RICS.
As well as this, he is a board member of the National Forest Charitable Trust, chairs the Heart of the National Forest Development Board and used to chair the Midlands Branch of the Pipeline Industries Guild.

“I now look forward to working with my colleagues to continue to develop strategies to deliver future growth within Fisher German.”
Andrew Jackson has spent more than 35 years with the firm and is working closely with Andrew Bridge to hand over the management of the business.
Jackson will continue to lead the management team to see through the strategies already in place until he moves to become vice chairman on 1st April 2019.
He will remain a partner of the business, focusing on business development and client service and supporting the new managing partner
