Harrogate-based FISK Restaurants has today completed on a second site in Prestbury.
The new site (a former Co-operative Food store) will be converted into a Pol Roger Champagne Lounge.
Work will start at the end of the summer, with the opening scheduled for the autumn.
Stuart Williams, managing director of FISK Restaurants, commented: “Since opening ten months ago in Prestbury it became clear that we needed extra space for our customers to enjoy pre dinner and after dinner drinks.
“We decided to convert the existing restaurant into seating only and move the bar into a vacant property two doors away on New Road.
“We believe the lounge style bar will complement our existing restaurant and showcase our partners further in the village.”
Kanyana Williams, chef patron, added: “We’ve had tremendous support from locals in Prestbury over the last ten months.”
“FISK has also attracted diners from further afield and it was decided that we needed more room for diners in the restaurant.
“The perfect opportunity arose to move the bar and create our first Champagne Lounge next door on New Road.”
The team is hoping to create a new all-day dining and drinking experience – with small bites accompanying a fully licensed bar which will serve a wide range of drinks.
Kanyana continued: “I believe we are taking the last vacant unit in the village and we are looking forward to the creation of the forthcoming car park to help all businesses at ‘our end’ of New Road. I personally look forward to welcoming everyone in the Autumn.”
