Knutsford Market Hall welcomes The Cheese and Pie Company

Peter Martinez is market hall’s newest trader

Knutsford Market Hall has welcomed its newest trader - Peter Martinez of The Cheese and Pie Company.

Peter began trading at the Market Hall last week, in the space opposite The Market Cafe, and visitors to the market will now be able to enjoy Peter’s excellent selection of cheeses and pies.

The selection is huge - ranging from Brie De Meaux, the famous Lancashire Black Bomb and the entire range of Snowdonia waxed truckles.

The pies Peter sells are handmade and include varieties such as Pork and Pickle, Duck and Orange and Royal Game to name but a few.

“Peter sells a wide range of carefully selected delicious cheese and pies which we are sure will prove popular with existing and new customers,” said town centre manager Sandra Curties.

“It is great to be able to provide a space for Peter’s business and I hope that it helps draw more visitors to our little gem of a Market Hall.”

Peter commented: “I have always had a passion for quality cheese and pies and have ensured all our produce is carefully handpicked and not mass produced.

“We are also very proud that our producers also supply the same pies to two very famous stores in London – Harrods and Fortum and Mason!”

Knutsford Market Hall is open every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 4pm.

Shoppers at Knutsford Market can find everything for dinner from, fruit and veg and a great range of meat, poultry and fish.
