East Coast Concepts, which operates the Neighbourhood and Victors brands, has unveiled more details of its next site, due to open in Alderley Edge this November.
The site in Alderley Edge saw over 1,000 covers booked in the seven days since reservations went live.
It will be the sixth opening for the group, and is situated in the former Alchemist site on London Road.
The company’s newest restaurant and bar will offer a total of 130 covers over two floors and will bring a taste of the Hamptons to Alderley Edge.
A private dining room will accommodate between 40 and 60 guests and has separate access in addition to its own bar.
Manchester-based Carrol Designs is to execute Victors’ signature coastal look and feel.
Guests can expect to see whitewashed brick, oak beams, wisteria clad walls and ceilings, in addition to bespoke furniture imported directly from Italy and Missoni fabric adorning walls and the bar.
The group has also announced its Victors site in Hale will be undergoing an interior makeover as the Ashley Road hotspot enters its fifth year of trading.
James Hitchen, founder & CEO, commented: “We are incredibly proud and excited to be opening in Alderley Edge.
“It’s such a beautiful part of the world to live, with a real community spirit with the hustle and bustle of a truly vibrant destination.
“We want to embrace the community and become a real hub for the locals of Alderley Edge whether that be for breakfast, cocktails or dinner.”
