Children from four Knutsford primary schools have come together to thank supporters of the Knutsford Primary Schools Ball.
The volunteer committee which organises the annual Knutsford Primary Schools Ball produced a video (click here) to show how the money raised by last years’ ball is being used.
In 2018, the Great Gatsby-themed charity ball raised £17,000 which exceeded previous records by almost £5,000.
The cash was split between the four schools’ PTAs (Bexton, Egerton, Manor Park and St Vincent’s).
The fundraising, which goes into supporting the activities of Knutsford schools, was only possible due to a record number of corporate sponsors.
Organisers also heralded strong ticket sales for the ball along with a highly successful charity raffle and auction.
The thank you video ties in with the launch of the 19th annual Knutsford Primary Schools Ball, taking place at Toft Cricket Club on Friday 21st June 2019.
The theme this year is ‘Glitz and Glamour’, with guests invited to “dress fabulously” and enjoy first class hospitality with the introduction of an award-winning caterer, plus sensational live performances throughout the evening.
The Knutsford Primary Schools Ball is the only event each year where the four primary schools join together in their fundraising efforts.
The ball is open to all and is a unique community event, which individuals and businesses in the surrounding area are being encouraged to support.
Tickets are on sale now from Knutsford Schools Ball Association representatives at each of the four schools.
