Knutsford Market Hall is hosting a quiz night on Thursday 12th July (from 7pm) to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
All the traders will be involved in the event which will take place in the Market Hall itself.
There will be food available to purchase from The Market Café as well as a selection of wines and beers from Morgan Edwards Fine Wines.
Knutsford businesses and residents are being invited to take part – to enjoy the event, to find their competitive spirit and to raise money for the charity.
The quiz, although covering all general knowledge areas, will also pay tribute to Peter Murray of Pulse of Perfumery’s efforts to turn Knutsford yellow last year.
There will be a special round in the quiz covering ‘all things yellow’ with questions printed on yellow paper as well as decoration in the form of yellow balloons.
Peter himself will be ‘presenting’ the yellow round, and said: “I am delighted to be involved with the quiz night.
“It will be a great way to honour a charity that is very dear to me and continue to raise money. I hope lots of businesses and residents to get involved and enjoy the evening.”
It will be winner takes all, with the winning team taking all the prizes (which are yet to be confirmed) and there will be raffles on the night as well.
Tickets cost £5 per person and can be obtained by emailing Sandra Curties at: [email protected]
