Planning permission granted for new indoor riding school

Shares

Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre has been granted planning permission for a new indoor riding school.

It will be located at Organsdale Farm on Middlewich Road, with Delamere Forest providing a backdrop.

A spokesperson for the centre commented: “This is great news and it’s taken a lot of time to get this far.

“The next steps for us are to discharge the conditions that have been placed upon us before work starts.”

They added that there’s still much to do before work on the site begins – including securing funding and appointing professionals and contractors to carry out the ground work, construction and fit out of the centre.

It’s hoped that the new development will include two indoor arenas (a 30m x 60m warm up arena and a 45m x 70m competition arena with spectator seating for 350) plus a cafe, retail space and extra stables for the camping market.

The new facilities will hopefully deliver a first class competition environment and a whole new range of opportunities at Kelsall Hill.

So Cheshire will keep you updated as progress continues.
