The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley is set to front a brand new show with the working title of Tanya’s Extreme Therapies, which will be available exclusively via the ITV Hub.
After years of struggling to find the perfect way to relax, Tanya has had enough and is willing to try anything.
Whether that involves therapy with a snake, hugging a cow or walking on hot coals… she’s willing to give it a go!
Tanya’s Extreme Therapies will comprise of four 16 minute episodes commissioned exclusively for the ITV Hub.
The mini-series will follow the glamorous mother of four in what is being described as a last-ditch attempt to find the answer to all her prayers, namely: perfection of the mind, body and soul.
Viewers will see Tanya discovering more about coffee enemas, cold water therapy and her inner spirit animal, along with unconventional massages and unleashing built-up tension on a car in Amsterdam.
Each episode will see Tanya endure extreme treatments and experience the bizarre lifestyles led by those who’ve turned their backs on conventional therapies.
The question remains: will Tanya be brave enough to follow their advice in the hope of living a happier and healthier life?
Tanya Bardsley said: “I am so excited for people to see the show. Viewers will get to see me hugging a cow, jumping into freezing cold water and being massaged by snakes – a little something for everyone!
She added: “I hope everyone enjoys watching it as much as I enjoyed making it.”
Viewers will be able to watch the brand new series later this month online at www.itv.com.
Fans of The Real Housewives of Cheshire can watch all the episodes from the six previous series on the ITV Hub too, along with series seven which is currently airing Mondays at 10pm on ITVBe.
