The annual ‘Summer Fair, Dog and Ferret Show’ took place at RSPCA Stapeley Grange, near Nantwich, on Sunday 7th July 2019.

This family-friendly fundraising event took place during RSPCA Stapeley Grange’s 25th anniversary year.

It included a ferret show, ferret racing, bric-a-brac stall, plant stall, Cheshire Police stall and car, local trade stalls, archery, children’s games, bouncy castle, face painting, refreshments, and a prize raffle.

A dog agility show and dog show took place in the main arena.

Local community radio station The Cat 107.9 FM kept visitors entertained with a range of upbeat music.

The event took place in sunny weather and was enjoyed by hundreds of people.

Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre is one of four RSPCA wildlife centres in England that rehabilitates sick, injured and orphaned wildlife brought to them by RSPCA inspectors or members of the public.

The centre’s remit is to get wildlife casualties back to the wild as soon as possible.

Stapeley Grange Cattery takes in cats and kittens that have been injured, abandoned, neglected or have become the victims of cruelty.
