The team at Swansway Jaguar in Crewe are the cats that got the cream, after scooping Jaguar’s ‘Sales Retailer of the Quarter’ award for Q1 2018.
Delighted head of business, Matt Hill commented: “This is the result of an incredible effort by the whole team.”
Matt added: “It may be a sales award, but it wouldn’t have been possible without aftersales playing an absolutely vital supporting role.
“I’m proud of the whole dealership team and they’re keeping up the consistency as we’re number 1 for July too!”
The award was based on balanced scorecard performance from January to March.
This means that the site had to perform well across a wide range of areas, including:
- New car performance vs contract
- Used car performance vs contract
- Finance penetration
- Sales department return on sales
- Customer satisfaction
- Mystery shop
Matt added: “All of these areas require consistent hard work by the team and what makes this award particularly special is that we received it less than a year after we opened our doors to the public.
“Thanks to each and every member of the team.”
