Truckfest North West returned to the Cheshire Showground at Tabley, near Knutsford, on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September 2019.
Both local and national hauliers attended the event this year to showcase the best trucks in their fleet in the hopes of winning a variety of awards – including the Martin Rigby memorial trophy, best kept show truck, best kept fleet and best in show but to name a few.
Entertainment at this year’s show was provided by motorcycle stunt team Broke FMX and Tony Dixon with the Swamp Thing 4×4 monster truck.
Kicking off the entertainment was the Broke FMX motorcycle stunt team who entertain crowds all over the UK and Europe at major events.
Crowds witnessed stunts that are only usually seen on television and films.
Some of these stunts included cliff-hangers, seat grabs and backflips which are all performed over 30ft in the air
After a short interval it was then the turn of Tony Dixon in the Swamp Thing 4×4 monster truck who wowed the crowds with a display of car crushing stunts.
Tony and the team perform at shows all over the UK, Europe and Russia.
Over the past year, Tony and his monster truck have featured on tv shows including ‘How To Be Epic At Everything’, ‘Catie’s Amazing Machines’ and Car SOS.
