An evening of chocolate and wine heaven is awaiting you at CaféBar Arighi as The Wine School of Cheshire collaborates with Cheshire chocolatier Oli Dunn together with Arighi Bianchi’s very own Geof The Chef, on Friday 30th November.

With the iconic Arighi Bianchi store closed to the public, CaféBar Arighi is exclusively reserved for wine school guests throughout the evening.



Oli will demonstrate the art of chocolate making, while The Wine School of Cheshire’s Richard Smith will match a fabulous selection of wines to perfectly compliment the chocolate flavours.

White, milk or dark? Which will be your favourite? Will it be red, rosé, white, sweet or sparkling wine? You’ll have to wait and see…!



What you can be sure of, is that Richard will talk you through each wine, and the reasons why it was selected, to help you try out some chocolate and wine matching of your own at home afterwards.

There will be chocolate-inspired foodie treats from Geof The Chef too, which Richard will again match with an expertly-paired wine selection.



You can expect a great selection of wines from around the world which will be sourced from local retailers, and with the festive season almost upon us you’ll also be able to pick up tips and ideas for chocolate and wine Christmas treats and gifting ideas.
