Great British Bake Off finalist Luis Troyano will bring some early festive cheer to Willaston early next month.
Luis, who hails from Poynton, will share some traditional Christmas bakes at the Willaston Festive Bazaar on Sunday 1st December 1st to help raise money for a local charity.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity.
The event will showcase a range of Christmas-themed workshops, and organisers have splashed out on hiring the Bake Off star in order to help draw the crowds in.
GBBO series five finalist, Luis will provide a demonstration on how to make the perfect gingerbread cake, followed by another workshop later in the afternoon on how to bake a sharing Spanish bread – perfect for entertaining guests over the festive season.
Guests can also learn how to make a Christmas wreath from a local florist and gain inspiration from the Christmas trees dressed by interior designers on site.
Pupils from Willaston Primary Academy’s choir will welcome guests with traditional Christmas carols and songs.
Willaston Festive Bazaar will take place from 12pm – 5pm on Sunday 1st December.
