Truckfest North West once again visited the Cheshire Showground in Knutsford this year on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September.
Both local and national hauliers attended the event this year to showcase the best trucks in their fleets in the hopes of winning a variety of awards – including the Martin Rigby Memorial Trophy
This year’s event saw the return of Ice Road Truckers TV series star Todd Dewey, who provided the commentary on both days in the main arena.
Other celebrity guests included Love Island stars Sam Bird and Georgia Steele, who attended the event on Saturday, as well as Kendall Rae-Knight and Wes Nelson who attended the event on Sunday.
Entertainment at this year’s show was provided by both motorcycle stunt team ‘Stunt Mania’ and Tony Dixon with the ‘Swamp Thing’ 4×4 monster truck.
Kicking off the entertainment on both days were riders from Stunt Mania, who are newcomers to Truckfest this year.
The team consists of Ashley Rilings, as well as his mum Hayley Rilings and close friend Ollie Bones. Stunt Mania have also performed live on the BBC’s The One Show.
After a short interval it was then the turn of Tony Dixon in the Swamp Thing 4×4 who wowed the crowds with a display of car crushing stunts.
Evening entertainment at this year’s show was provided by Cheshire-based band ‘Spitting Feathers’ whose five piece line-up covered a wide range of songs ranging from the 60s through to recent chart hits.
